How Final Gravity AB handles personal data on this website.
This policy covers the website finalgravity.co. Each app we publish has its own privacy section on its project page, or its own policy on its website (for exampleCupaloy), which takes precedence for that app.
Who is responsible
Final Gravity AB (org. nr 559129-3013) is the data controller. Contact us athello@finalgravity.co with any questions or requests.
What we collect on this website
- No cookies, no accounts, no third-party trackers. We don't use advertising or social media embeds.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request data (IP address, time, requested page, browser user agent) for security and operations. Logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
- Privacy-friendly statistics. We run a self-hosted instance of GoatCounter to count page views. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses or persistent identifiers. It records the page, referrer, browser, screen size and country, aggregated.
- Email. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Where data is stored
This website and its statistics are hosted on our own servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU.
Legal basis
We process server logs and aggregated statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
